Totara Engage content types

In Totara Engage there are several types of content that can be created via the library. These types are detailed below.
Resources
Resources can be used to share articles, videos, and links with colleagues. Resources can include text, hyperlinks, embedded images and videos, and file attachments.

- Viewing resources
- Add existing resources and playlists to a workspace library
Playlists
Playlists are curated selections of resources, courses and surveys. Users can create playlists of Totara Engage content on themes that would be useful to other users.

Surveys
Surveys consist of a single question, for which respondents can select one or more answers. Surveys are used to gather feedback and opinions.
Courses
If you are using Totara Learn and you have existing courses on your site, you can add these to a workspace library, providing a convenient link to any courses that are relevant to the workspace.
