Once you have created your first path, you can add further paths to your certification. These additional paths will make up the structure of multi-year recertification sequences.
This can be done by either:
Clicking the three dots (
) located to the right under the Requirements tab, and selecting Create path.
Hovering your cursor to the left of an existing path and clicking the plus icon (
).
Note that when you add an additional path, it will be created as the next sequential path from the point at which you selected Create path.
Set up the additional path as follows:
Set up the course path details, for example Path name, Path description and Certification periods, then click Save.
Under Course sets, click Add course set.
Complete the course set settings as required.
Click the plus icon (
) to select the course(s) you wish to add to the course set. You can use the search and filter options to narrow down the courses displayed. Tick the checkbox for each course you wish to add, then click Add. You can review which courses you have already selected on the Selected tab. When you've finished configuring the course set, click Save.
To add another set of courses to your course sets, click Add course set below your current course set(s), then repeat steps 2 - 5 as above.
Once you have finished creating your course path, click Overview towards the top of the page to return to the main Requirements tab.

Duplicating paths
Additional paths can also be added by duplicating existing paths. This is useful if the new path will have similar content to an existing path.
On the path to be duplicated, click the three dots (
), then select Duplicate.
From the confirmation pop-up, click Duplicate.
Set up your new path by editing the certification requirements and course sets as required.
When duplicating a path, only the path details, settings and course content will be duplicated. It won't duplicate any previous path completion records or learners who are assigned and within the duplicated path.
