Skill assignments allow you to assign skills (from your existing skill frameworks) to users or groups of users (e.g. audiences, organisations etc.) and manage those assignments.
Before you create any skill assignments you will first need to ensure you have created some skills on your site.
Follow these steps to create skill assignments:
Go to Quick-access menu > Skill assignments.
Select the Create assignments button.
Choose one or more skills to assign and then select the Assign button.
From the Users to assign dropdown menu select which types of users to add, then select the group or individual users.
