    Ad hoc message settings


    Article Summary

    When creating an ad hoc message for a seminar activity you can configure the following settings.

    Recipients

    You can decide who will receive the ad hoc message by selecting a group of users. 

    Choose from:

    •  Booked (past events)
    •  Booked (events in progress)
    •  Booked (upcoming events)  
    •  Fully attended
    •  Partially attended
    •  Unable to attend
    •  No show
    •  On waitlist
    •  User cancelled
    •  Pending requests
    -
    Template
    You can select which of the available templates you wish to use for the message. -
    Title
    This is the title of the message, i.e. what would appear in an email subject line or push notification. -
    Body
    This is the main content of the message. -
    Manager copy
    Tick this setting to send a copy of the ad hoc message to the recipient's manager. -
    Manager copy prefix
    If you have checked the Manager copy box then you can enter text that will only appear on the manager's copy (before the Body message).-
    Status
    Toggle between active and inactive. -
