    View performance activities about others

    Article Summary

You can view the performance activities assigned to you by navigating to Develop > Activities from the top navigation bar. There will be a tab for activities about you and then a number of additional tabs for each activity you play a role in (e.g. if you are participating as a manager, you will have a tab called As Manager).

You may need to complete activities that are about others in a role that relates to your relationship, such as an appraiser or manager. These activities can be found in the tabs that match the relationship you are filling, e.g. As Manager or As Appraiser.

Relationships that can provide feedback on colleagues include:

    • Appraiser
    • Manager
    • Manager's manager
    • Peer
    • Mentor
    • Reviewer

You will see corresponding tabs for related activities based on the relationships above. For example, if you have an activity where you are fulfilling the manager relationship then you will see the As Manager tab. You will only see tabs for relationships where there are current activities.

When you open a relationship-based tab, you will see a number of activity cards at the top showing any activities that require your actions and are sorted by priority. These cards are sorted by days until due, with the closest due date displayed first. If there are no due dates then they are ordered by the most recently created activities. The card will show a summary of the activities you need to complete and will have a button to Start or Resume the activity, depending on your progress.

Users with the mod/perform:report_on_subject_responses and/or mod/perform:report_on_all_subjects_responses capabilities will also be able to see a View response data button, which links to the performance response data reporting area. The first capability allows users to see response data for their team members (i.e. their direct reports), while the second allows access to all users' data (or all users in a single tenant if assigned to a role at the tenant level).

Underneath the cards you will see a table for All activities, which contains a table with all the activities requiring you to participate in the specific relationship. You can filter and sort the list to get the information you need.

Each item on the list displays the following information:

    • The name of the subject user and their profile picture
    • Type (e.g. Feedback, Check-in or Appraisal)
    • When the activity instance was created
    • Activity name
    • Status (e.g. not started, in progress, complete) and your progress through the activity (i.e. whether you have started or completed the sections assigned to you)
    • Due date
    • The subject's job assignment

You can print a performance activity by clicking the icon of three dots (three_dots(1) ), then selecting Print activity.
